HOPE Program The HOPE Program is the provincial program responsible for the coordination of donation, recovery and distribution of organs for transplantation within Alberta. Independent offices of the HOPE program exist to serve the northern and southern areas of Alberta. The Southern Alberta office is located in Calgary.
